About West Town

West Town is one of Chicago’s most exciting and probably least-understood neighborhoods. A collective of Noble Square, Ukranian Village, traditional ‘West Town’ and likely some of the West Loop, it offers an incredibly diverse set of features from dive bars such to Michelin Star Restaurants.

Chicago and Grand Avenue represent the main stretches in West Town and are supported by quieter streets with lots of two and three-flat condos and single family homes. The residents are as diverse as the food options and the blue line makes it easy to get downtown.

Housing options span the range of options as well, from affordable and cheap rentals to multi-million dollar, historic single family homes in Ukranian Village.
