About The South Loop
Too often associated with the noise and crowds of The Loop, the South Loop offers a distinct hidden gem in the city with it’s mix of both downtown feel but often quiet, tree-lined streets and parks.
The South Loop is home to Grant Park and some of the city’s best museums, all of which can be seen from the neighborhood’s high rises. If that’s not your thing, there are condo and single family homes scattered throughout as well.
Closer to the loop prices are higher, but as you head further south, student housing from Roosevelt University and more affordable rentals start to fill the blocks - any of which offer proximity to attractions such as Buddy Guy’s Legends Bar or Michelin star rated Acadia, and of course, Solder Field.
